Teaching people how to defend themselves has become more important than ever in the modern world, when worries about safety are constant. Understanding this need, corporate Quadcomm and Franklin Joseph Specialist in Krav Maga Self Defense & CEO of Indian Institute of Strategic Threat-Intelligence Analysis and Combat Tactical Science, Dharwad, collaborated to host a ground-breaking Power To Women Corporate Self Defense Workshop with Psychological Women Empowerment on Warrior Leadership, Stress Resilience and Conflict Management Wellness Training in Bengaluru with the organization Quadcomm. In order to address a crucial component of personal safety, the training included innovative techniques of self-defense in and around cars in addition to classic self-defense tactics. Along with that some tactical solution with umbrella was also taught to the women participants.
The Israel Defense Forces developed the self-defense method known as Krav Maga, which has achieved international renown for its practical use. Over the course of the Power To Women Corporate Self Defense Workshop with Psychological Women Empowerment on Warrior Leadership, Stress Resilience and Conflict Management Wellness Training, attendees received practical insights and hands-on training from Guruji Franklin Joseph, an internationally recognized Krav Maga Self Defense Specialist with more than two decades of experience.
The participants learned how to secure oneself when getting in or out of a car, how to handle dangerous circumstances on the road, and how to cope with attempted carjacking. Additionally, they learned how to defend themselves against opponents of any size, shape, or power by using everyday objects seen in cars, such umbrellas.
Participants felt empowered by their participation in the games, drills and psychological skills of Power To Women Corporate Self Defense Workshop with Psychological Women Empowerment on Warrior Leadership, Stress Resilience and Conflict Management Wellness Training and more confident in their abilities to defend themselves and their loved ones in a variety of scenarios. By means of interactive tasks and simulated situations, participants acquired significant understanding regarding the mechanics of self-defense in real-life circumstances.
The participants’ feedback was extremely positive, and many of them expressed gratitude for the chance to improve their self-defense abilities in a supportive and motivating setting. Along with giving them useful techniques for self-defense, the training promoted camaraderie and camaraderie among coworkers.
