Power to Women Corporate Self Defense aims to give women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels practical, everyday self-defense techniques. Unlike traditional martial arts which often concentrate on physical power, our program focuses on instinctive reaction responses.
- No rules on size & strength ~
Krav Maga makes use of natural senses and reflex instincts. Martial arts require more flexibility and power, which is difficult when wearing dress codes like sarees or skirts.
- Designed for Real-world scenarios ~
We simulate proactive responses to real-world threats rather than depending on premeditated tricks based on restrictive sports rules.
I have over 20 years of experience. I started training Krav Maga in New Delhi in Dec 2004 and established the Power To Women Corporate workshops in 2007. Over two decades, I have refined the intersection of combat science and criminal psychology.

Value, Fees & Comparisons
A generic instructor teaches you “Sport” (scoring points). Franklin Joseph teaches you “Survival” (saving lives). You are paying for a Specialist with 20+ years of research in Israeli Military Krav Maga and Crime Psychology. We condense years of training into a 3-hour high-impact capsule. Premium training builds real competence; cheap training builds false confidence.
Karate relies on high kicks and wide stances. Real Life Reality Check: A woman in a Saree or tight skirt cannot perform a high kick. Krav Maga focuses on low kicks, knees, and elbows—moves that work regardless of your clothing. We teach you to fight in what you wear every day.
Absolutely. We cover defense against a driver attacking from the front seat, surviving abduction attempts in parking lots, and emergency escape protocols like breaking windows or unlocking doors under stress.
Section 5: Psychology, Criminal Perception & Productivity
Freezing is a biological survival mechanism (the ‘Freeze-Fight-Flight’ response). However, in a crime, freezing is fatal. Drawing from 20+ years of Krav Maga training, I teach Neuro-Behavioral Crisis Management. We use stress-drills to bridge the gap between your brain and your body, training your mind to bypass the ‘freeze’ and move directly into ‘action’ or ‘escape’ modes.
Safety is the foundation of productivity. When a woman is constantly worried about her commute, late-night shifts, or workplace harassment, her cognitive focus is divided. By training in Psychological Leadership Empowerment and Stress Resilience, she gains a “Warrior Mindset.” This confidence translates to her professional life—better decision-making under pressure, stronger boundaries, and a calm demeanor in high-stress corporate negotiations.
Yes. Violence does not only happen in dark alleys; it often happens at home. We teach “Safety Beyond Workplace” protocols. This includes recognizing the ‘Red Flags’ of toxic behavior, Violence De-Escalation within a domestic setting, and creating a ‘Safety Exit Plan.’ We empower women to protect their dignity and physical safety, regardless of the attacker’s relationship to them.
Martial arts are constrained; they happen on mats, with referees, and rules. Real life is dynamic and chaotic. Martial arts ignore the “Criminal Perception”—how a predator stalks, chooses, and traps a victim. My vision, backed by 20+ years of Krav Maga, is built on Criminal Profiling and Decrypting Pre-Crime Sequences. We don’t just teach you how to punch; we teach you how a criminal thinks, so you can stop the attack before it even starts. Martial arts is a sport; Franklin Joseph’s workshops are Survival Science.
Logistics & Safety
Yes. We have a comprehensive online resource: the Women’s Survival Wiki & How-To Guides covering 50+ safety protocols.
Safety is our #1 priority. Pregnant women are advised to participate in the “Psychological Awareness” modules only. We always ask for medical disclosure to ensure every participant is safe during the drills.
