Under the aegis of Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, NASSCOM is conducting a Women SafetyFranklin Joseph Power To Women Corporate Self Defense Workshop with Psychological Women Empowerment on Warrior Leadership, Stress Resilience and Conflict Management Wellness Training on Anti-Fear Women Safety Awareness, Pro-Active Psychological Empowerment against Crime, Violence, Harassment and Sexual Abuse conducted by specialistMr. Franklin Joseph ‘Dr. Safety’.
Women members & participants received practical Krav Maga Self Defense instruction throughout the Power To Women Corporate Self Defense workshop, sharpening self-defense skills customised to their own requirements and situations. Attendees learned useful skills that can potentially save lives, including as escaping from clutches, disarming attackers, and defending against grabs and chokes amongst many other tactical solutions.
A mutual commitment to advancing personal safety and empowerment was demonstrated by the Franklin Joseph Power To Women Corporate Self Defense Workshop with Psychological Women Empowerment on Warrior Leadership, Stress Resilience and Conflict Management Wellness Training partnership between Franklin Joseph Krav Maga Self Defense and NASSCOM, a not-for-profit industry association. As noted by NASSCOM, as long as corporations prioritise the welfare of their employees and equip their staff — particularly women — with the knowledge and skills necessary for self-defense, such initiatives will play a critical role in promoting personal safety and empowerment in the workplace
